UK Mainland: Delivery is normally within 3-5 working days after your order is placed. However, please do allow 7 working days before contacting customer services department. Should you not be at home at the time a card will be left for you with details of a collection depot or how to arrange an alternative delivery.

Orders for next day delivery must be placed before 3pm, Monday - Friday. Next day deliveries placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday. All orders placed before 3pm are shipped on the same day. All Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Delivery Errors:

All our orders are double checked before shipping. However, from time to time errors will occur. Any delivery errors must be reported within 7 days from date of delivery. Should you not receive your order within 7 working days, then you must inform us, as we will not responsible for the location of your order after the 7 days.

Due to the nature of our business, stock availability cannot always be guaranteed. Payment is never taken from you until stock has been checked and dispatched. It is important you provide a valid email address in order for us to send you an email confirming the order. All orders will be shipped in order to reach the customer within 5 working days. We only dispatch orders from Monday to Friday (excluding all UK bank holidays). We dispatch all our orders by either Recorded First Class Royal Mail or Business Post (UK Mail) depending on weight. European and International orders are shipped via either Royal Mail International or FedEx and take between 7-10 working days. However, there may be circumstances beyond Reprebate Ltd's control which cause delay and Reprebate.com cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail, Business Post or FedEx.

On International Orders, we can only ship the goods to your cards' Billing Address.

All our international deliveries are sent via tracked courier service.

Delivery times are quotes in WORKING DAYS. We suggest you have your parcel delivered to a work address if you are not sure if you will be at home, as or couriers require signature on receipt.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
